The room was noticeably dark, which made the stay less comfortable. I was also disappointed when my iPhone charger, accidentally left behind after checkout, couldn't be found or returned despite my follow-up. It makes me wonder about the housekeeping team's training and attention to detail. I often travel to places such as Japan and China, where lost items are handled with exceptional care, so this surprised me. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, and service met expectations overall. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and strengthens its housekeeping procedures.

Renalda was fantastic at check-in and was there again at checkout. Pete drove the shuttle to and from the Entertainment Centre, which was an interesting experience for him, lol, and he handled it seamlessly. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and we'll definitely stay again. We had a great time. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and breakfast was great. It's close to local shops if you need anything, has free parking for one car, and is also near Brisbane Airport.

The front desk team impressed us at check-in, especially Julie, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the A/C worked great. We had a great stay!

Breakfast was very good, with a great range to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. The location worked well for someone travelling through town. Happy to recommend it to travellers!

Reception staff were lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable. It's very handy for the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, though a bit too far to walk on a really humid evening. Parking at the Entertainment Centre was easy and reasonably priced, and it was simple to drive to and from Brisbane International Virginia.
