Brisbane Marriott Hotel

We were celebrating our 51st anniversary, and Karan at the Front Desk booked us in. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Just as we were settling in, someone knocked with a bottle of iced champagne, a lovely cake, and a card wishing us a happy 51st. Breakfast the next morning was scrumptious. Our waitress was warm and friendly, kept the coffee coming, and checked on us. Simonpeter was also a great server, helpful and friendly, keeping the table tidy and making good conversation. The pool area, hot tub, and changing area were beautiful and clean. Best of all, the hot tub actually worked. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels that list one and then have it out of order.

We had a lovely, relaxed anniversary stay at Marriott Brisbane. The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed to really want us to have a good time. Front of house responded quickly whenever we needed anything. They also made the occasion feel special with a welcome glass of bubbles at check-in, a free bottle of sparkling wine, and an anniversary dessert. The buffet breakfast had a good range of food and was well stocked. Thanks for a great night out!

For the past five years, we’ve come to the Brisbane Marriott for our Christmas catch-up, and we love it. They always welcome us back with warmth and wonderful hospitality. The rooms are spotless, the Lobby coffee is great, and we enjoy the buffet breakfast and a swim in the pool after a big night, or two this year. Well done to the whole team. Merry Christmas 🎄

We had a king room with a lovely bridge view, and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the fresh juice maker that my daughters loved. The whole place was very clean and in great condition. Its location is also excellent, with restaurants along the river and Queen Street shopping mall both within walking distance. I really don’t understand the bad Google reviews.
