Getting to the ferry was easy, about a 10-minute walk, with one stop to Howard Smith Wharves or two into the city. There was also plenty of street parking. The breakfast room downstairs is lovely, with indoor and outdoor seating, and the continental breakfast was tasty with gluten-free choices. I had toasted muesli, yoghurt, fruit, and toast with ham, cheese and tomato. I didn't try the coffee machine, but it looked simple to use. Nell and Bruno were both so friendly. I was upgraded to a bigger room, which was spacious, bright and lovely, with a comfortable bed, small fridge and iron. The Art Deco building has loads of character and history, and the decor is gorgeous. What a find, I'd stay again.

Nell looks after the place with so much patience and care. The rooms and location are lovely and quiet, and there's a good range of breakfast included. We'll definitely be back on our next trip delivering Australian made @oztables.

The location was great, in a lovely suburb to explore, and the ferry to the city is a 10-minute walk away. Marcus was welcoming, helpful and wonderful. Our room felt airy and fresh, and everything was spotlessly clean. It's a traditional bed and breakfast in a huge old house, full of character and beautifully renovated and decorated. Breakfast was great too.

Nell was lovely and shared tips for my five-day visit. My room was quiet and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was a real spread, with fresh fruit, good breads, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and more. The ferry is close by, and it's a pleasant ride to Brisbane's river sights for just 50 cents. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Christine was a lovely host, and it was a pleasure chatting with her in the morning. The dining area had a plentiful selection of fresh continental breakfast. This beautiful property made a lovely first-night welcome for my partner arriving in Australia. Our room was clean, spacious, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
