It's a mature, quiet crowd here, with separate rooms and no party hostel vibe. The location worked well for us, close to the train station though not right in the centre, and Lime scooters made late-night food runs easy. The place was clean and looked after, and the staff were accommodating. Daniel was especially good to deal with, sorting out a few last-minute changes and little hiccups in our plans without any fuss. A great experience.

The room was clean and the bed comfy, so I could relax as soon as I arrived. Noise around the place wasn't too bad either. The receptionist explained everything calmly and made me feel welcome, and even gave me a bottle of water when I had none. I dropped my room keys after going out, but reception said I didn't need to pay for them. Everything I needed was nearby, including the toilet and shower. The shower was warm and had soap. A considerate, friendly place. I recommend it 100%.

After a long trip, this was just what I needed to rest and recharge on my first day in Australia. My private room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the shared spaces felt clean and comfortable too. The staff member welcomed me, and I had a really nice chat with the friendly, helpful manager. Great value for money. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The Roma parklands are beautiful, and the walk through them to the CBD took about 25 minutes. There are stairs along the way, so I needed a few breaks. I was on the bottom floor facing the parking lot and got woken by rubbish collection and some motion-sensor lights, though I can fall back asleep easily, so it didn't bother me. The place was absolutely spotless, just right if all you want while travelling is a cozy, clean place to sleep. One thing to keep in mind, there isn't a lift, and my luggage weighed 30kg, so it may not suit someone who isn't able-bodied. Fantastic stay, I'd come back and happily recommend it, but travel light.
