I made a lot of memories here. The staff were nice, the view was amazing, and it was quiet, with a great place to study. It's a beautiful place, unlike anywhere I've been before. I hope freshmen coming to Australia for the first time choose this accommodation. It can be a good place to study and spend time with friends. Thanks, everyone. Iglu will stay in my thoughts.

As an exchange student, I stayed at Iglu KG for around half a year, and I'm really glad I chose it. I felt safe there, and the weekday breakfast was a nice extra. The staff are friendly, and resident leaders put on monthly events that help people get to know each other. It's only about a five-minute walk to QUT KG, so you can sleep in a bit, and there's a morning market every Saturday. In my view, room prices are reasonable compared with other student accommodation. They don't add extra fees if there isn't a major problem, and you can talk things through if you want to end your contract early or have another issue. Thank you, Iglu KG! ❤️ Best student accommodation!

IGLU makes it easy to get to QUT Kelvin Grove campus, which is right next door. The QUT shuttle stop is beside it too, so getting to QUT gardens point campus and the city is simple. Woolworths, a gym and fast food places are about 100m down the road. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they try to sort out any problems. Other students are friendly as well, and IGLU runs events every month where you can meet people. I'd recommend it, especially for students just starting university.

For two years I felt at home at Iglu KG. The community was welcoming, and the supportive atmosphere made it a real home away from home. Staff were consistently kind and accommodating, and clearly cared about helping students feel safe and comfortable. I never had any major issues. They also carried out regular checks to make sure the apartments were clean and in good condition. I'll truly miss living there.

They made my friend move out two months before renovations, even though they must have known the work was coming, and gave such short notice. Now they're raising the rent after the renovations, while it's still the same room and still has no aircon.
