Manhattan Terrace House

It’s a small complex beside the high-rise buildings around Kulripa, and each townhouse has its own garage for cars and extra storage. The area is surprisingly quiet, with the river, West End Ferry, Woolworths, and Australian Ballet Theatre all nearby.

Lovely people around here, and plenty to do nearby, from yoga and gyms to Montague Hotel and Raven Hotel. It’s a great place to live in West End, with the river and West End Ferry an easy walk away.

The planning and construction here are the worst I’ve seen in a building. The blinds barely do anything, so hope your unit has curtains instead. There’s no Ethernet connection in the study. The electrician was genuinely confused by how messed up the wiring was and quoted the landlord $5000+ to add ports in every bedroom. The buildings feel like a cheap Chinese knockoff. Do yourself a favour and live somewhere else.

This project seems to attract people who party. They disturb the neighbours and don’t seem to care, while management does nothing about it.
