Pullman Brisbane Airport

Finding the hotel entrance took some effort, and we only got there on our second loop around the airport. Once in, we found the room very comfortable and enjoyed the pool. We ate dinner at the attached Ibis because it was less “Fine Dining” and closer to what we felt like. We had to get up early for the bus to the International Terminal, so we didn't get to try breakfast.

The staff were pleasant, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It was a five-minute walk to the domestic terminal, and we didn't hear any flight noise. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was comfortable. Room service runs 24 hours. The lift was quick, with glass windows looking outside, which was nice. The bathroom could use softer or under-bench lighting, and the shower needs a thorough clean because there was mould.

The standout was the service. Taeyah at the restaurant was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my day. Urmila kept Room 710 in great condition. I loved the Apron restaurant, especially breakfast and the great coffee. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the whole stay felt luxurious. I'll be back, thank you.

My international flight changed unexpectedly, leaving me with an overnight layover in Brisbane. The hotel is close to the airport, and there is an airport shuttle available, though I took an Uber because I had three bags. I arrived just before the pool closed and was glad to get a swim in. The on-site restaurant was top tier, and my room was comfortable and luxurious, with great soaps and shampoos. I highly recommend it.
