The location is great, and having underground parking was especially handy. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were generally clean with air conditioning and good amenities. You get what you pay for. We needed a baby cot, which they could provide for $5 a day. I'd stay here again.

The carpet was covered in stains and absolutely disgusting. The online photos looked nothing like the actual apartment, and I'm surprised such misleading advertising is legal. There were also lots of parties going on in the building overnight. We will never stay here again. I'd tell people to choose somewhere else, where they can get much better value for money.

This place is badly worn and overpriced, with better and cheaper options around Brisbane. I moved out after finding alternatives with better facilities. I really don't think it deserves consideration. The bedrooms are tiny and the rooms are poorly designed. There were broken bathroom tiles, carpet stains, scuff marks and missing washing machine buttons. Half the rooms face another apartment block, so people can look in and privacy is poor. The pool area is tired too, with dirty pool lining and a broken spa. The place feels shoddy, and the staff don't seem to care. There's no housekeeping on weekends, so your toilet can go unsanitary for three days. Yuck.

I was in Brisbane for business on a one-year lease. The central location made it easy to get to the CBD and restaurants, and the staff were responsive and provided great service. There were a few problems, especially finding my apartment door unlocked on days when housekeeping had cleaned the room. The oven and washing machine also needed maintenance. For professionals or business travellers looking for a long-term place, I probably wouldn't say this is the best fit.
