Republic Apartment

The view was awesome and the location was great, with spacious rooms. But the rooms were very outdated and unclean. The pool looked inviting but was freezing cold, and I got hundreds of unpleasant bed bug bites. Management promptly upgraded my room, which was better, but it still needed a new cleaner. The air con filters and ceiling vents looked like they'd never been cleaned.

The pool and spa were in great shape, and soaking under the open sky was lovely. Our place was roomy, clean, comfortable and well laid out, with a handy location and easy self check-in and check-out after reception hours. Toilet paper was pretty basic, so fussy people might want to bring their own. There was also a loud balcony party on another floor. Thankfully we weren’t nearby, and I’m sure it was a one-off. I’d stay again.

Mountain at reception made a real impression with professional, caring service. The hotel is beautiful and well located, and after our five-day stay three weeks ago, it’s become my new favourite aparthotel. I’d recommend republica apartment to anyone looking for a nice hotel in a good spot. Thank you!

The dryer gave us a bit of trouble, but check-in and check-out were smooth even over the public holidays, which we really appreciated. The complex is well set up, the staff are friendly, and the location is fabulous, with easy walks to everything. We loved staying here.
