We paid over $500 for a room with stains all over the couch and dining chairs. There was also a pair of dirty underwear left in the room, no idea for how long. When I called reception, they said they couldn’t do anything, not even offer a refund or compensation. I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels in third world countries than this place.

We had a lovely one-night stay, and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view from the top floor. Shops and transport are close by. The one problem was a bathroom fan that wouldn’t switch off. It was quite loud and could be heard through the room all night.

A tiny, dirty studio with old facilities, weak water pressure and a rubbish mattress. The blinds barely kept the early sun out, and there was no TV reception at all. They shouldn’t charge anywhere near what they do.

The location and view were the best parts of our stay. The room, though, was very old and dated, with broken bathroom tiles, old furniture and a terrible 80s-style kitchen. We were put on level 13, and the place badly needs renovating. The staff were rude, and I was very disappointed given how much we paid.

Great spot for walking to restaurants and South Bank, with spectacular views. The apartment was clean, the managers were friendly and the bed was good. Kitchen utensils were limited.
