The hostel had a relaxed, social feel, so it was easy to meet people and feel at home right away. Staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, and always ready to help. My room was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed. I especially liked how tidy the shared kitchen and bathrooms were. It all made for a great stay, and I’d definitely come back. Beth and Stephanie made me feel welcome right away. They were both friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Roamer Brisbane has a relaxed atmosphere, and the place is clean and modern. Getting around from this location was easy. I'd happily stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and musical bingo was such a fun night. Beth at reception was lovely and had loads of recommendations. Cory & Emma at the bar helped us choose cocktails, too. This hostel and bar is AMAZING. I'd definitely stay again :)

The staff were extremely nice, but a lot of the setup was uncomfortable. I had back pain throughout my stay because the mattress sloped down at the head. The lockers above the beds were low enough to hit your legs, and there wasn't much room elsewhere for belongings. The charging spot looked damaged and didn't work well. There was just one ensuite bathroom and shower area. They're separate, but the shower has glass doors and no curtains, so you have to close both spaces to shower. That leaves seven people unable to use the bathroom. The kitchen smelled moldy, especially the sponges.

Omar was lovely and made check-in pleasant with a good conversation and helpful service. The hostel has lots of activities, and even with many people in a room, there's decent privacy and somewhere to lock up valuables. The kitchen felt a little small. The staff and hostel were very good overall.
