Club Millésime was well worth the upgrade, with excellent afternoon drinks and canapés that really added to the stay. The common spaces were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating and great bar areas to unwind in. Check-in was welcoming and seamless, and the staff were accommodating throughout. The elevators were quick and plentiful, making it easy to get around even when busy. Breakfast had a generous selection in a spacious, well-laid-out area, though the options were much the same each day and could use more variety. I also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and using the rooftop gym, which had great facilities and views. A wonderful stay in a prime location, and I’d definitely return.

The rest of our stay was lovely: a comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful body lotion, good breakfast, amazing beef sliders and a great steak. They also surprised us with a welcome drink for my wife’s birthday. Check-in was the one letdown. The receptionist didn’t seem very friendly, didn’t point out the lifts or restaurant, and forgot to return our parking ticket. Jayme was fantastic when we checked out, though. We’ll be back!

We’ve stayed here several times over the past couple of years and it’s been great each time. The rooms are clean and the beds always comfortable, and the pool area is tidy with comfortable loungers and plenty of space for the number of people there. Valet parking is really handy in the city, since we can leave the car and walk or Uber around. We especially like starting a long weekend with cocktails and an easy meal in the bar. Service is warm everywhere, from reception to the bar and restaurant.

Getting around is easy since the hotel is just above the train station, and the breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are super nice, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is beautiful too. My one gripe is the bar menu pricing. The cheese wasn’t bad, but for about $20 it was just a piece of cheese and one piece of bread, so it didn’t feel worth it.

I had a great view from my comfortable room, and the bed was lovely. I was also at a conference in the hotel, where the facilities were great. Premium shopping and dining are an easy walk away. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I got a room upgrade plus a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival. I’d never had that before. Thank you!
