We spent almost two years living here and really appreciated the building manager, Joanne Nicolson. She gives tenants great support, keeps in touch, and responds quickly when needed. The apartments are modern and luxurious, and the shared facilities are among the best you'll find in Brisbane.

The rooftop views are gorgeous, and the location is wonderful, right alongside Emporium next door. The gym, pool, sauna, and steam rooms were clean, and parcel delivery on the Upper ground floor runs on a good trust system. Joanne was a wonderful caretaker while we were there. We'd love to stay again.

I've lived here for a few years and have seen a few management teams. Tashi and Joanne, the current staff, have been the best. Our apartment is always tidy and clean, and they get things fixed and look after residents.

After I locked myself out with my 4 year old, the building manager was rude and unhelpful. Even though she knew I lived in the complex, she said she couldn't let me in without the apartment owner's consent. I'd only needed access to the floor because I'd left my door unlocked, but she was content for my daughter and me to wait outside all day until my wife got back. My wife is a doctor and had to be called out of surgery. The manager didn't answer several calls, so my wife tried another office number. They were rude there too, but eventually agreed to let us in. My daughter missed her swimming lesson because of this tiny bit of power they had. About two months earlier, a package of mine was stolen. Instead of helping, the building manager lectured me about building policy, and it took around 12 emails before she even checked some footage. Not helpful, not friendly, and incompetent. There are so many places to live in Southbank. Why put up with this? We'll move as soon as our lease is up.
