The building is clean and well maintained, with great amenities, a modern look and beautiful views. Ben Douglas, the onsite manager, was very helpful and attentive to all my needs. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The room was fantastic for the price, and Spice apartments are in a handy spot not too far from the city or South Bank. I really enjoyed the stay. The rooftop view was lovely and would be amazing in the warmer months. I’d definitely stay again.

Jazmin turned a really rough start around. Our room wasn’t ready, had been double-booked and hadn’t been cleaned. The second bedroom didn’t have the single beds we were promised, and there were no wine glasses or hairdryer. Jaz fixed everything with a smile, and nothing seemed too much trouble. If you stay at these apartments, I’d ask for Jaz at check-in. Her wonderful service, along with the gorgeous river and city views, is the only reason I’d consider coming back. The website says the second bedroom might have two single beds, but that wasn’t the case for us. There was only a double, and getting a rollaway bed costs extra. That feels like false advertising.

We found it easy to get around from here. A nearby bus stop took us over to China Town, and we could walk to West End in the morning or head along the river to Southbank in the afternoon. In the evening, we went to a play at Bille Brown. Perfect spot for our stay.

The location worked perfectly for us, and I loved the South Bank and West areas. We had a very nice apartment with a view towards the city and river.
