I stayed here for a fortnight during the rental crisis, when the property was mostly being used for temporary housing for homeless people. I did my own cleaning and kept the place spotless for privacy. The one time I let a staff member clean while I went out, they said they'd lock the door when finished. Afterwards, some things were missing, including a Latam Airways toiletries bag with a mini toothbrush, mini toothpaste, and other items. I'd been careful to lock the door whenever I was in the room or left, so staff were the only ones with access. This happened about 6-7 months ago, and it felt especially wrong to do to people who were already struggling.

First night of seven and so far, so good. The room is clean, the furniture's a bit worn but okay, and the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly, approachable, and accommodating. It's a good option if someone's staying at PA hospital, and for the room rate I was happy with what I got. I'd definitely stay again.

Being so close to PA hospital and the shops was perfect. The owner was absolutely lovely, too. But the room was dirty and sticky, with peanut shells and food wrappers under a bed that was extremely uncomfortable.

The managers were polite and very helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. The motel is older, but clean, and there were plenty of utensils to cook a meal or two. I stayed while having treatment at P A hospital, and the good shopping across the road and easy walk to the hospital made it a great fit. I’ll use it again whenever I need treatment at P.A.

It was within walking distance of most shops and PAH, and the room was okay for one night. But the beds were really uncomfortable, there were only two towels for three of us, and we didn’t have a key to the balcony. The bathroom drains also gave off a very strong smell.
