I left feeling calmer, clearer and deeply refreshed. Gaia Retreat & Spa felt like a safe, supportive place to slow down and reconnect with myself, with nourishing food and lovely, friendly staff. The workshops, spa treatments and facilitators all supported holistic well-being, beyond just relaxation. It was a beautiful, healing experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for meaningful renewal. 10/10.

The people are what made my stay at Gaia so special. Bianca, the manager, made sure everything was just right with such a calm, warm manner. Annie gave me a wonderfully relaxing facial and pedicure, and her gentle, nurturing nature left me feeling restored. Rodrigo brought so much care to serving our meals, and his wine suggestions were fantastic. Renee’s Bliss Breathwork session was grounding and transformative. The tools I learned there have helped me manage my wellness better at home. I also loved the included group activities. There was plenty to choose from, including yoga, meditation, pilates, cooking classes and nature walks. The instructors were passionate and made everyone feel welcome, whatever their experience level. My schedule and meals felt tailored to me, and the food was outstanding: flavourful, nourishing and beautifully presented. I could feel the thought and care behind every part of the guest experience. Gaia is a place for healing, connection and genuine hospitality. I left grateful, rejuvenated and inspired, and can’t wait to return.

The staff were so friendly, and the food was outstanding. I spent a week there and found the whole stay incredible. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and take some time for yourself. I had hypno with Theresa and would really recommend it. Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment you drive through the gates, it feels like pure bliss, with the whole experience centred around you. The food is amazing, and the chefs are so creative. The spa helps you unpack whatever you need at the time. The rooms and facilities are great too. There’s flexibility to suit different needs, so you can switch off from the world and do things your way, even with a glass of wine. Highly recommend.
