For our 50th birthday party, the buffet turned out to be a real highlight. Buffet food can be questionable, but everyone kept commenting for days about how good it was and how much there was. We hired Club Tropical, and event manager Puji was attentive, professional, and easy to work with. The event went smoothly, there was plenty of parking, and several guests booked rooms for the night. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked exceptionally well, which we needed in Darwin. If the restaurant serves buffet food like that, we’ll be back as diners. I’d recommend this place for events.

Rooms were clean, though fairly basic, and the air-conditioning was good. It’s a little out of town, which makes it quieter, but still convenient for shopping centres and other places. Casuarina Square is less than ten minutes away.

The staff were friendly and gave me great service throughout my week at Club Tropical Resort Darwin. The restaurant and bar team were welcoming too, and there’s a good menu for breakfast and dinner. My Queen room was well presented, with an ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The Queen bed was very comfortable. There’s also a large pool, laundry room, and parking. All in all, it’s a great place to stay on holiday.

We were here as part of a group booking, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. Club Tropical is away from Darwin CBD, but close to Lee Point reserve and not too far from Casuarina. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend it more!

We stayed in a poolside villa and had a great experience. The room was in good shape, with a comfortable bed, full-sized fridge, outdoor kitchen, and a large bathroom with laundry facilities. The air-conditioning handled the heat well. The pool was large and shaded, a must in Darwin, and we always felt safe. Dinner and breakfast were really good too. The barramundi was the best we’ve ever had! Staff were amazing from the first booking through reception, the grounds, and the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, responsive, and attentive. Special thanks to Kylie on reception, Sam who served us at dinner, the breakfast waitress, and the night security guard whose name we didn’t get. You all made our stay exceptional.
