Bunbury Glade Caravan Park

Dec 2025. We stayed in Cabin A, a basic cabin for six with linen, with two bunk beds and one double bed. It had a woody smell, and the aircon blew toward the double bed but didn’t really reach the far end. There was plenty of storage, and the mini kitchen had what we needed to make a simple meal. I didn’t take many photos.

We’d had a wonderful first night camping at Glade Caravan Park. Six friends, two cars, and our first visit to Bunbury. Then an encounter with a staff member in an electric service vehicle ruined the experience. One friend had followed my car out of the park by mistake instead of using his own access code, so his code wouldn’t work when he tried to get back in. We were trying the code we’d used before at the gate when the staff member came over. He immediately blamed me, said it was all my fault, demanded $24, and kept warning that we’d “get into trouble.” He spoke in a threatening way and repeatedly pointed his finger at my face. He didn’t help us at all. My friend eventually got the gate open himself, but the staff member kept blaming me and saying I’d face consequences. It was extremely disappointing. Glade Caravan Park is beautiful, but this staff member’s attitude was unacceptable and felt discriminatory.

My first camping trip was quite an experience, especially when we got rained out on the first night. There were no rooms available, only rooms and tent camping. The location was a bit disappointing because I’d hoped for quiet nights without traffic or sirens. Still, all in all, it was a good stay.

There are plenty of shady trees and grassy sites, and the level sites are well maintained. It’s handy to everything you might need. Prices are good too, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great caravan park to stay in.
