Quest Werribee

We stayed for two nights and the room was great, but that mattress was so soft I couldn’t sleep. We both kept rolling into the middle. On the second night I tried lying right at the edge, which felt firmer because of the structure, and honestly I might have slept better on the floor. How can a mattress be that soft?

While pest control was being done at our house, we stayed at Quest and had a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. We’d happily stay again.

I needed a booking at the last minute while visiting Werribee, so I contacted quest. Mia, the young woman who helped me, was attentive, knew her stuff, and made the call incredibly clear and easy. I didn’t have to repeat my name or the company I work for once. The booking was done in two minutes over the phone. Amazing service, and I’ll definitely visit again. Well done quest.

In the end, the duty manager found a solution that gave us the accommodation we needed without charging extra, and Mia and Meaghan were great to deal with. I’d still return to the quest Werribee, though it took several lengthy calls to sort everything out. We’d booked a one bedroom apartment online through a third party late last year and called to check it had gone through after what seemed like a tech glitch. We requested two queen beds, and that was confirmed. The evening before arrival, they called to check our check-in time and bedding preference again. When I said we’d already done that, I was told there was no email confirmation and the apartment couldn’t fit two queen beds. The options were to pay to upgrade or get a rollaway bed. After a long discussion with front reception, I asked for the duty manager to call. I was told that if I could send a screenshot of the confirmation, we’d get what we’d booked, otherwise we’d have to pay more. Fortunately, the manager worked it out without extra cost.
