Comfort Inn Admiral

The rooms are neat and tidy. Restaurant hours are very limited, and there’s no wheelchair access for getting upstairs.

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was fine, but the oil diffuser caused a serious problem for us. We have a four-month-old who drinks formula. When I heated a bottle in the microwave, it came out smelling strongly of diffuser oil, so we had to throw it away and make another with the kettle. In the morning, we found the smell had somehow got into the formula tub too, even though we close it as soon as we’ve put the powder in the bottle. My partner went out to buy a new tub while I calmed our screaming baby. We had to discard two bottles and a full tub of formula. I searched for the diffuser to see if it was leaking or to turn it off, but couldn’t find it. If the oils are near cooking equipment, please remove them or stop using them. I’m worried they could get into people’s food or drinks, and that another baby might be affected.

It’s okay for the price, though the place has a bit of a strange feel to it.

My family gives this place five stars. From the moment we walked into the front foyer on Feb 27, we were greeted with smiles and great service. The food was 10/10, chef’s kiss. Thanks, team 💎 We’ll definitely come back!
