We needed a relaxing holiday, but this wasn’t it. The rooms are nice, though the furniture is uncomfortable, and for the price we wouldn’t recommend it. It doesn’t really feel like a resort, just rooms and pools. Our neighbours upstairs were very noisy, with their kid running from 5:20am each morning and at night, and pushing furniture around. The pool gets super noisy too. On top of that, there were early morning garage trucks every day. There are plenty of good places to stay, and this isn’t one of them!

The pools and garden were beautifully maintained, and I had a wonderful stay with my parents. The lift went straight to our rooms, which was great for my mother, who needs a walker. There was a grab bar in the shower too, which helped her feel confident in case she lost her balance. I knew Bruce was a cartoon character, but still squealed when I reached the end of the lap pool 😆

The location is great, especially in either of the two front buildings, but I was very disappointed after paying over 4K for a week. Don’t stay in the back building if noise bothers you. Large garbage bins are emptied at 7am every morning, and you hear every car coming into the carpark as well as all the busses leaving the station.

The views of the ocean, the passage and the Glasshouse Mountains are gorgeous. The location is right on the water, with a good variety of restaurants very close by and a City Cave just across the road. The rooms are modern and serviced daily. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

Bass from loud music downstairs kept reverberating through the whole place until late at night, even though we were three floors up. The kids couldn’t sleep because of it. Either stop the band playing to no one downstairs or soundproof the rooms!
