Mantra Bunbury

Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options, and the view was lovely. I especially liked the bacon and poached eggs. The pool is right by the lighthouse and beach, a nice spot for a sunset stroll. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, and having a separate Daikin air con unit was great. At night, though, the ceiling emergency or fire alarm light stayed on and was so bright that the room was practically lit up with all the other lights off. It made sleep difficult. They need to cover it or provide eye masks.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We loved our two nights at the Mantra Bunbury Lighthouse. The ocean views were spectacular, and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with such stunning scenery. Hearing the waves break on the shore at night was magic. We’ll definitely come back. The loud music from the hotel’s attached bar went on late into the night and made it almost impossible to sleep. That defeats the purpose of booking a room. The hotel didn’t seem full, yet we were put in a room directly affected by the noise. It felt like poor room allocation and little regard for guest comfort. Sleep is a basic expectation, and when a hotel can’t provide it, the rest doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t stay again unless this is properly addressed. I was very disappointed with Mantra Bunbury Lighthouse. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel appears to have had some recent refurbishment, but the updates are inconsistent. Some areas feel refreshed, while things like the TV and in room amenities look old and overdue for replacement. For an Accor branded property, the standard falls well short.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. The location was perfect, with beautiful coastal vibes that made for a memorable stay. I had an amazing time at Mantra Lighthouse Hotel Bunbury. The ocean views were the highlight, absolutely breathtaking at sunrise and sunset.
