The room was so comfortable and clean, and the hatch service breakfast was lovely each morning. Onsite management were really friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Bundaberg.

The manager was such a friendly, helpful lady. It was refreshing, and she made it a lovely stay. The bed and bathroom were good. I'd happily stay again whenever I'm passing through. Well done.

The fish and chips across the road were so good, and they even gave lemons for free. The motel made our first stay a great one too, from check-in to leaving. Our room was clean and smelled lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the hot shower and towels were great. We even got biscuits, a nice extra. Leizl was a friendly, wonderful host. We were also close to Friendly Hospital, which we needed to visit. Would happily recommend the motel and the area.

Liezl and her husband were so friendly and accommodating, and you could tell they really wanted guests to be happy. The rooms are on the small side, but very clean, comfortable, and equipped with what you need. We asked to use the BBQ, and it was the cleanest one I’ve come across at a motel. We’ll stay here whenever we’re in Bundaberg. Thanks for a great visit.

The bed was comfortable, though the pillows should be replaced so they’re all the same thickness. The couch folds out into a bed, and the air con was serviced. The room was tidy and clean, but I don’t think the cleaners move the furniture to vacuum underneath. Also, I think the shower gel and shampoo may be the same liquid as the handwash, so watch out for that. Meal preparation and service were punctual, and the room was about 9/10. Well done, Best Western Bundaberg, for keeping the place dust free. Those cleaners can work for me any day.
