The complimentary dinner was a welcome perk, and they catered for our vegetarian needs really well. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything, and the reception team are kind and ready to help. Special thanks to the online service team, especially Mokey, who gave us friendly, incredibly helpful support throughout our stay. The value for money is excellent. I'd definitely recommend Azzurro Boutique Hotel in Surry Hills.

The convenient location was the main good point of my one-night stay at Azzurro Boutique Hotel. The private room was tiny, and a large portable air conditioner made loud noise and blew strong air all night. I couldn't sleep or rest properly. I was glad to leave early in the morning, since I couldn't stay any longer. For the price, it didn't feel comfortable or restful enough, and I wouldn't recommend it to solo travellers seeking an affordable private room.

Alona was amazing, especially when there was a mix-up with our room. She really looked after us and suggested some great places to eat. We were passing through Sydney after dropping off an RV and wanted somewhere cheap to sleep before an early train. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the location is great. It's an affordable good backpackers, ideal for a short stopover or if you won't be spending much time in your room.

My stay at Azzurro Boutique Hotel was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was as expected. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the service was great. It's in an excellent location, close to everything you need. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable, and thanks to Rave and Alona for their hospitality!

The rooms look just like the pictures, and I really appreciated that dinner was included for free. What stood out most was how understanding the hostel staff were and how hard they tried to help. Reception is virtual, but they helped me move rooms and get more comfortable, especially Alona. The location was great too.
