The room had everything we needed for our budget, and we cooked most of our meals. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with a reliably warm shower. Brian picked us up at the airport and sorted out our hire car, then upgraded us from a mountain view to an amazing ocean view at no extra charge. He also gave us two tickets for a half-day bus tour, which was a great way to start exploring before we saw the island ourselves. It was lovely meeting Jeanette and having a chat. Hope Charlie's getting on well with the chookies now 😊 We didn't want to leave and hope we can get the same room when we come back. Many thanks, Rod and Juli from Bahrs Scrub (Brissy).

We had a great stay at The Ridge, its recent new name. The owners were in touch before we arrived, helped us get from the airport, and shared plenty of local tips. Guests are also given a Norfolk Island mobile phone to use if needed. The beds were comfy, the WiFi was excellent, and the balcony looks over the national park and ocean, just what we came for.

The internet was patchy, though it's free at the Bowls Club and RSL. The place itself was clean and comfortable, with a sunny deck and lovely sea views. It was peaceful, and only a two-minute drive into town. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

We loved the ocean view after Brian upgraded our room from a mountain view at no extra cost. He met us at the airport and drove us to our accommodation in our hire car. The half-day tour tickets he gave us were a great way to see the island before exploring on our own. The room had everything we needed for our budget, and we cooked most of our meals. It was lovely to meet Jeanette and chat. Hope Charlie is getting good with the chookies now 😊 We'd come back and hope to get the same room. Rod and Juliani (Bahrs Scrub/Beenleigh).

I'm here for a month, and the mornings are spectacular. It's so quiet, yet town's just a short walk away. Your friends are going to get endless photos of perfect sunrises!
