The room was clean and nice, and the bed was okay, though nothing special. When a mix-up came up with some of the nights I’d booked, the desk attendants were really accommodating and helped me sort it out. I’d recommend staying here if you need somewhere outside the city.

The dog and I had such a good stay. The room was very clean and well appointed, and the location was handy for everything we needed. Service was great from booking right through checkout, and the staff were the best I’ve experienced. I’d happily recommend this Quest location. Thanks so much to everyone.

We really liked the hotel’s warm, welcoming feel and the large, plentiful bins, which were convenient for disposable items, especially for ladies. There was a small problem at first, but the Quest team dealt with it quickly and professionally. Special thanks to the front desk and the staff who fixed it, they were careful and efficient. We’ll definitely choose Quest again when we visit Melbourne☺️

The apartment had everything I needed, with plenty of space, a modern feel, and a clean, comfortable setup. The facilities matched their description, and the place was quiet and welcoming. On arrival, Aroma greeted us warmly, answered my questions, and knew her stuff. During check-in, my son spotted the games behind the counter, and she told us we could borrow them. They came in handy for a games night. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and I was happy with every part of our stay at Quest Burwood East. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made the stay even better. I had a great time at Quest Burwood East and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely stay here again!
