Hilton Garden Inn Busselton

We stayed three days and were very well looked after from start to finish. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but the staff gave us drink vouchers while we waited, a thoughtful welcome. They were warm and helpful throughout, from the cleaners to reception. Kelly and Maria at Together & Co deserve a special mention for being attentive and making our meals a pleasure. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was beautiful. The food was outstanding, especially the steak, which melted in my mouth. We also appreciated the daily texts checking if anything could make our stay better. We couldn’t fault the service, cleanliness, food or location, and would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Busselton.

You can walk to pretty much anything you’d want to do in Busselton from this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and fairly priced, while dinner was a bit expensive. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Jaz, who dealt with an issue brilliantly and respectfully. She was fantastic and very professional. The outdoor pool is nicely shaded, with excellent landscaping that gives it a welcoming feel. The small gym has modern equipment, though a wider range would be good. I’d also like more TV options, especially streaming services, rather than having to cast. The air conditioner is a little noisy, but you get used to it. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The waterfront location and views are spectacular. Waking up to the ocean never gets old, and everything in Busselton is easy to get to from here. We’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Busselton several times and look forward to coming back each time. It’s modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean on every visit. The staff are warm, kind and welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help. That makes a real difference. Thanks to the whole team for another great stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busselton.

I stay here for weeks at a time several times a year, and it consistently delivers. The location in Busso is incredible, right on the beachfront. There’s a core group of staff who return year after year, and they’re welcoming, professional and genuinely invested in guests. Many of the other employees are seasonal or transient, but that strong core team sets the tone. The bar and restaurant are great, and the rooms, gym and pool are all comfortable and well maintained. On-site parking can be limited because of the prime location, but there are plenty of convenient options a short walk away. Highly recommend.
