I love Byron Bay, but after our trip was delayed, the place refused to work with us on changing our stay dates. I was incredibly disappointed with how they handled it, and wouldn’t recommend planning to stay here.

We’ve stayed at The Terraces twice now, and both visits have left us really happy with the apartments and service. The apartments are spacious, the parking is great, and the location is excellent. Thanks for being so accommodating and helping make this family holiday one of our best yet!

Terrace 3 worked really well for six of us, with its three separate levels, and it was extremely clean and comfortable. This was our second stay, and the location is ideal. Everything is so close that we never used the car. Highly recommended.

We needed a last-minute booking after extending our Byron trip, and Giles was great about moving us into an upgraded room and letting us check in early. That was especially appreciated in the rain with young kids. The rooms were comfortable and convenient, with separate bedrooms that suited a family well. We were close to the beach and main strip but didn’t get the noise. Free Wi-Fi and a big smart TV with Apple TV were nice to have too.

I was up for work and stayed three nights. Giles and Roxy were so helpful, and the communication, booking process and accommodation quality were all better than I expected for the price. Great location and the amenities were just right. I’ll book here again next time I’m up for work.
