Go somewhere else. There was mould everywhere, no bedding, and nothing to make drinks with. The TV didn’t work either, and the beds felt like stone.

Strahan is beautiful, but this stay completely spoiled our night. The apartment was in a shameful, embarrassing state when we arrived with our friends and family, and looked nothing like the advertised photos. There were no proper beds, the roof leaked, and the arrangements felt shady. I booked it, so it was embarrassing for me. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

It was an average stay, especially for the price and the basic quality of the rooms. The place was very clean and had most of what you need for average comfort, but the Wi-Fi was almost unusable even with full signal. There was no proper heating or cooling, and the TV didn’t get every channel. At first, the numbers they provided went unanswered and nobody returned our calls. Their website says there’s no booking fee, but I later found a $5 charge included in the total on my debit card. The property is currently on the market to be sold.

Everything was superb apart from the smallish TV in the lounge. We found it very clean and comfortable, and after our one night here I’d happily have stayed five. Thanks for having us!

Apart from the hot water, everything was good. We arrived late and had to work out how to turn it on, then wait hours for it to heat up. Not ideal when I love a shower. The cylinder also seemed close to exploding when it was in use, and water was leaking everywhere. Maybe it needs fixing lol.
