Quest Toowoomba

The staff were lovely, and the reception inside the old church always smelled beautiful. I’d stay again, even though we couldn’t get the dryer to dry our clothes despite following its instructions. There was an oven but no oven mitts, so we used a tea towel. We also only noticed on our last day that the balcony door had been unlocked all week. We hadn’t gone out there before.

The room was spacious, with a large living area and balcony, and it was very good value. Check-in was great, our room was ready early, and the place was clean and well maintained. The bed had lovely crisp sheets. When I asked, they knew my name and gave me tips about new restaurants.

The location made it easy to get around, with cafes, restaurants and pubs just a short walk away, and complimentary parking was a nice extra. Booking Quest Toowoomba at the last minute was quick and effortless. My room was nicely styled, well equipped and stocked with good-quality toiletries. A comfortable, convenient stay, and I’d recommend it.

We only stayed one night after the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, but the parkland view and convenient location were lovely. Parking, lift access and checkout were all easy, and the staff were helpful. I especially liked seeing how the original facade of the 1903 church had been kept in the reception area. Stained glass windows on each level came with information about the building’s history, and there were thoughtful little extras too. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we’d come back.
