Our short break turned into a stressful search for shelter. We booked two nights at coral reef resort through bookings.com and paid two weeks ahead, but when we arrived there was no staff member to check us in. After we managed to contact the property, they said they couldn't accommodate us because they were full and hadn't received our booking. Finding somewhere else that day was difficult and cost us more just to have a place for the night. I wouldn't recommend CORAL REEF RESORT at all.

Raymond at Coral Reef resort cancelled our booking for a two-bedroom unit because of maintenance. I sent several messages over the following week about the refund and got no response. I had to file a complaint with airbnb to get my money back, and Raymond still never contacted me. Very poor service from a company.

My family and I booked one night at this resort several months in advance. Two weeks before we were due to arrive, they told us they had no room for us. Their explanation was that they only take one-night reservations, but we'd booked exactly one night. They must be practising overbooking. I don't recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. The bedding could be better, and the apartments could use some upgrading. We also barely had enough hot water for even a quick shower. Still, it was quite nice and comfortable for the price. I'd recommend it for an emergency stay.

The accommodation was clean and the surroundings quiet, with friendly staff in the office. DFO (Direct Factory Outlets) is another nice feature, with 20 - 70 % off everything. The food court at the West end was reasonable, and the site manager said a larger one would open in 3 weeks with more choice. Good luck with that, and I'm looking forward to it. Keep up the good work and take care...🤗😘😎
