The rooms were clean and a good size, and having the laundry in the room was handy. The hostess was helpful and available. When I wanted to use the grill, it had run out of gas, but she came back after leaving for the day with a new tank.

We had such a lovely stay. The gardens were beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean, and the location was exceptional. Even the little things like tea and coffee made it feel pleasant. The facilities were comfortable and well equipped enough for a longer stay, so it's a shame we couldn't stay longer. Would highly recommend!

We booked ten nights and would definitely stay again. The apartment was a great size, quiet and clean, with air conditioning and a private bathroom in every room. During our longer stay, the rooms were serviced and tidied, with fresh towels and linen. The pool area was clean and private, and the water was just right for a late evening dip. There was also secure parking behind locked gates, with easy access for guests. The customer service was exceptional.

We had a great family stay in a two-bedroom apartment. Everything inside and out was very clean, and the water pressure was a definite 5/5. A few metal items, including the fruit bowl and shower shelf, did have visible rust. The location was convenient, not too far from the Cairns esplanade and other attractions. We had our two peach faces with us and weren't turned away. We'd checked the website about pets first, after a previous place said yes and then changed its mind when we arrived. They also gave us a great discount when we called about New Year's. Best place we've stayed, highly recommend!
