The food tasted amazing, and the room service was great. Everyone was friendly from the moment we arrived. This place was 100 percent, can’t recommend it enough.

We stopped for the night while travelling and found the room very clean, with comfortable beds. Meals are available at the Inn. We chose to walk over to the pub for a beer and something to eat.

I was glad to finally stay here myself after often sending people there when I worked at the local servo. Friends had stayed before, so I already felt confident about booking, and luckily there was a room available for the night. It was modern and nicely laid out, with a beautiful, clean room, comfy beds, and a clean shower and toilet. The owner is amazing. I’d definitely recommend The Carmila Sands for anyone wanting to break up a trip and spend a night or two off the road.

The manager’s room service cooking was amazing. We stopped for one night on our motorcycle to split up a long ride and were pleasantly surprised. There was great parking, and the room was presented extremely well, with heaps of power outlets for charging devices. Fantastic motel, highly recommended.

The room was super spacious, and the full-size fridge was much appreciated. It’s a quiet spot just minutes from the highway, with the nearby pub within walking distance and a gorgeous beach a short drive away. There’s a pool too, and I’d have loved to swim if it had been hotter. Friendly, helpful reception and a sheltered carport for the car. A great place to stop overnight.
