Raylea and her staff always do their best to fit our staff into a cabin when they're in Charters Towers. The rooms are great, and the staff are excellent, so our team can rest and be ready for the day. I'd recommend staying here while in Charters.

The owner expertly guides you into your caravan site, which makes life so much easier. We stayed three nights, and the grounds were beautifully maintained, with green grass around every site and concrete slabs at each powered site. The amenities were very clean and tidy, and the laundry was well equipped with very good front loader machines. Highly recommended. We'd definitely return.

I try to be fair in my reviews, but the ensuite disappointed me. There was mould on top of the vanity and inside it. With no fan or blind, the room got stifling hot. The outside light had no globe, making the rickety two steps hazardous at night. I don't think it was worth $60.

Cookie was kind and very helpful. A lovely little stay in Charters Towers, though the grounds were a bit muddy when we arrived in the rain.

It's a short drive to town, and reception staff are friendly and helpful. The park has flat, shady sites, clean amenities and a clean pool. Cookie does a great job directing you as you back into your site. That might annoy some people, but it beats arguing with your partner, you know what I mean! I gave the cabin 1 star because it wasn't applicable, we stayed on a powered site.
