A warm welcome, and the accommodation was spotless, spacious and well appointed. One thing to know: a third party runs the gym during certain hours. If you want to use it outside those times, you need to arrange it with reception. The on-site restaurant isn't operating. Even so, this is one of the nicest cabins we've stayed in. Definitely recommended, and we'd come back.

The staff were incredibly kind when our daughter left her beloved Kindle behind. They packed it carefully in a bubble-wrap envelope and mailed it back for free, even though we offered to cover their time and the postage. It arrived safely, and we're so grateful for their honesty and kindness. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn. It was modern, spotless and comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is convenient yet quiet, perfect for families. Fantastic facilities and even better people. We'd highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone.

You mostly get what you pay for. It seemed to be mostly FIFO workers. I chose the cheapest cabin/Donga. The ensuite was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A.C, TV and fridge all worked. They supplied a kettle and toaster too.

After a long trip through the outback, we were worn out, and this was a warm, cosy place to spend our last night before heading home. The accommodation was very clean, and reception was pleasant and helpful when we arrived late. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and spacious, and check-in was easy. But the traffic on Park St and the thin walls made it extremely noisy overnight, so I’d choose somewhere else next time for a better night’s sleep. The pillows also need replacing: they were old and worn thin, with just one per person and one spare for four people.
