Goldfield Glamping

The river walk was beautiful, and we all got to settle in by the campfire before heading to our really comfortable tent beds. We booked as a group of 10 for a Hens Night and had so much fun. Daz was a wonderful, accommodating host. There was a complimentary cheese board and wine that night, then a delicious breakfast in the morning. Each tent had its own private bathroom too. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway, and we’d definitely recommend it and come back.

The Rose Tent was a lovely place to unwind. The property felt so calm and peaceful, with plenty to explore or just take time out. Daz had everything ready and explained what we needed to know when we arrived. The large bed was very comfortable, and the room was delightful. We enjoyed a fire at night with delicious marshmallows. The private bathroom was beautifully presented, with lots of hot water and a shower with great pressure. You mostly just need to bring yourself and some warm clothes for the evening. Breakfast boxes and cheese boards are available to order, but we don’t eat breakfast, so we brought our own food and snacks to enjoy by the fire. It’s a little out of the way, which added to its charm. We’d certainly go again.

I felt completely relaxed surrounded by nature, with lovely scenery all around. The tent was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and we stayed really warm. I need to find out what that quilt was so I can get one for winter! Daz, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make us comfortable and show us how to use the indoor fire. It’d be great for a romantic weekend or a quiet break with friends. Honestly, 10/10. Can’t wait to return and stay longer.

The BBQ breakfast box was delicious, with local produce. We had a great weekend and a wonderful two-night stay at Goldfields glamping. Daz was very accommodating, and the tent site had everything we needed. It was nice having a separate bathroom, and the shower was lovely and hot. Thanks to Daz and his family for a great stay.
