Crossroads Motel

The location was handy, just a short walk from the main street, and despite wondering if trucks might be noisy, we didn’t hear a thing. Our room was very clean and roomy, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The staff were really friendly. We’ll definitely stay again.

The rooms were good and the service friendly. Nothing to complain about, though nothing especially memorable either. It felt a little overpriced, but this is a remote spot. The location is handy for the town centre, shops and restaurants on foot. There’s also a guitar signed by AC/DC’s members above reception.

We arrived after midnight and left in the morning, and the owners had kindly made sure our keys and a glass of milk for tea the next day were ready. There was plenty of parking right in front of the room. It’s an affordable, convenient place to sleep while travelling, with an accessible location.

The owner sorted out a late check at once when I asked, and was friendly throughout. We got a really kind welcome on arrival too. The motel room was spotless and had all the mod cons, including a comfortable bed, good split-system air-conditioning, and a great shower with lots of hot water and pressure. A 10 out of 10 for us. Great work, guys!
