The staff are great, really friendly and accommodating. The location is good, though it costs a bit more than other units and motels nearby. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and it could be a tad cleaner.

Matt was terrific to deal with, so hospitable and quick with communication. The Beachlander Apartments were spacious, clean and tidy, and the location worked well for us, close to lots of amenities. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

We got the last available spot after calling at the last minute, not realising an event had booked out places around Coffs. The woman at reception was so kind and helpful. The apartment was easy to reach, across from the beach, near a local club and away from the busy road because of road works. Check-in was simple, and it felt set up like a home away from home. The beds were comfy. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, and I’m guessing guests can use the clothesline, otherwise there’s a balcony. A really good overnight stop, from check-in through checkout.

Our lovely host was quick to respond, and the apartment was super clean. It had two bedrooms, nice beds, a balcony and secure parking. I’ll book direct next time.
