The free detergent powder in the self-service laundry was a lovely surprise, and saved us a hassle. Plenty of places charge even a small laundry fee these days. The room was clean and comfortable, and CBD Motor Inn is in a fantastic, handy spot for exploring Sydney CBD. Great value and practical too. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely stay again.

The room was clean and functional, and the bathroom had been nicely updated. Wi-Fi worked reliably and was strong, and the motel is handy for shops and places to eat. Parking on site is tight, so maneuvering took some care. We also found just one toilet roll and no spare. We stopped at the CBD Motor Inn in Coffs Harbour while travelling from the Fraser Coast in QLD to Central West NSW. With most hotels booked out, we were glad we’d secured a room weeks ahead, even at a peak rate. The stay was fine, but the price didn’t match the standard of the accommodation. Hopefully rates will be more reasonable once the new bypass is finished. At the moment, it feels like the town is cashing in while it can.

Clean, quiet, and the car felt safe. The room was great, with proper shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, not watery little samples, plus enough milk for coffee instead of tiny portions. Fabulous management and awesome staff. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, Pia.

A ripper of a motel, right in the center of Coffs and an easy walk to the RSL Club and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, with fancy shampoos too. Great value and easy to find on the highway. We slept right through and the traffic noise didn’t bother us. Lovely, friendly staff. Perfect.

This is the cleanest, nicest motel I’ve stayed in, with good quality throughout and no problems at all. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk from the center of Coffs. Even though it’s on the main road, I was in the middle of the block and didn’t have any traffic noise issues.
