We arrived at 8 pm with nowhere to go after our original booking elsewhere fell through, and Steve and Mikayla took us in. We ended up staying all 11 nights of our trip with our toddler. The rooms had the essentials and were well equipped for the three of us, and daily room service was a bonus. The pool was our toddler’s highlight, kept clean regularly and at a perfect temperature all day. Every staff member was fantastic, kind, and good at their job. Mikayla and steve were welcoming, fun to chat with, and great hosts. We’ll be back soon. Thanks again for having us.

I planned on staying one night and ended up staying three. The room was clean, affordable, and cleverly laid out, with good use of space and lots of little details that made things convenient. Michala and Steve were amazingly friendly and helpful, with great customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

Steve the manager lent me his glasses when I’d left mine in the car and couldn’t see what I was doing at check-in, lol. He and Mikayla were friendly and full of useful information. The room was lovely, with little touches that made the stay better. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful after a long drive, and checking in was easy. I’ll stay again, and recommend anyone passing through Coffs Harbour stop for a night or longer. Thanks, team, see you soon.

The location is handy for Park Beach, cafes, and shops, and parking was easy. I stayed three nights and found the room clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the stay was great value. I’d definitely come back.

After I pointed out a few initial issues with my room, the new owner responded quickly and handled my concerns professionally. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend Park Beach Resort Motel in Coffs.
