The restaurant is lovely, and having dinner with a view of the Hazards feels like magic. The architecture and scenery are stunning, and the setting is amazing. Service is precise and excellent. I especially appreciated the GM spending time with guests and checking that everything was going well. A fantastic experience. I’ll be back.

The views might be some of the best I’ve ever seen, and we enjoyed the whole stay at Saffire. We spent three nights there, with a great boat cruise on our first day and some biking as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to everyone.

We felt incredibly looked after, and this has been the most relaxing part of our two-week honeymoon so far. The room itself was magnificent, as was the view, and the food was divine. Our drive to the property was gorgeous, with a wonderful driver, and the service was impeccable. The included experiences felt once in a lifetime: we loved the oyster farm, beekeeping, and the walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout, all with passionate, informative guides. It’s such a beautiful little slice of heaven. We’ll miss everything about it and have promised ourselves we’ll come back.

The suites are huge, and the beds are so comfortable that staying in to admire the view would’ve been tempting. The view of the Hazards from our suite and the main lodge was breathtaking. We had fun biking on the beach and visiting the oyster farm, too. At Saffire Freycinet, every detail was handled with such care from the moment we arrived, so we could relax and take it all in. The meals were incredible, beautifully made with local ingredients and flavor. Thanks to Lecy, Lucy, Ally, Ashlee, Hamish, and Fraser for making the stay unforgettable. Marcus also created a special beer pairing for my husband’s birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Staying at Saffire is like seeing in colour. Everything else feels black and white now. No other hotel compares, and it was worth every penny.
