The birds and kangaroos were lovely to see, and we made two furry friends, Alfie and Charlie. They were absolutely adorable 🤭💕. The pool looked beautiful with its lighting, and we especially loved the spa bath and super-comfy bed. Villa 1 was gorgeous, peaceful and clean, and we had an extraordinary long birthday weekend there. Tim was a joy to talk to, so welcoming, and great at keeping in touch. Thanks for having us at Mandalay Villas. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return 🪴🍃.

The owners were lovely and very helpful, and the breakfast hamper kept us going for two days. We stayed in a spectacular, well-equipped unit with its own swimming pool and a two-seater spa bath. It’s a fantastic spot for a quiet wine country getaway, and I’d highly recommend it.

We had a really relaxing stay. The private pool was beautiful and just the right temperature, and the hosts were great, with some thoughtful extras too. The place felt spacious, clean and cosy. Highly recommended.

Simon helped make my proposal trip possible, arranging wineries, cheesecake and chocolate shops, plus a lovely lunch and a spot to get down on one knee. I’d contacted him a few weeks before booking two nights in a private pool villa. He was quick to reply and reliable and honest from the emails through to payment. Mandalay Villas is a five-star private villa without the five-star price. It’s friendly, clean and well maintained, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking in Hunter Valley. It won’t disappoint. 10/10. See you again soon, simon!
