We’ve made this our family holiday spot for three years running, and we still love it. The apartments have plenty of space, beds and lounges, with room for all our beach gear. The complex has what we need for a great beach break, and the owner and housekeeping are fantastic to deal with. They really do go the extra mile to keep everyone comfortable. We can see ourselves coming back for years.

I stayed in unit #1 for six nights while visiting a friend nearby, whose house was full. The room was spotless, roomy, and had great linen. The whole complex was so quiet, which I really liked. Another friend joined me for three nights and slept on the fold-out couch. My bed was fine, but she found the couch uncomfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to the barge.

December 2025. Such a clean, comfortable place, with everything we needed and a beautifully kept pool. It was quiet and relaxing, with nature all around. This time of year it’s really cool and comfortable.

I lived here for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s peaceful, and an easy walk to the ferry and barge. Some units are permanent rentals, and the other residents were very friendly. Holiday guests mixed in well too. The pool is spotless, and both the staff and owner are wonderful.

We’ve always found our stays at Seminara above standard, and Fina is so helpful. This time we were lucky to get a room by the pool, which made things easy for my grandkids when they came over for a day trip on Saturday. Thanks, Fina!
