Check in, check out and parking were all easy, and the staff were friendly. Even in bad weather, we could get to the pub, woolworths and some shops without going outside. The rooms were roomy and nice, with comfortable beds. The apartment had what you’d expect, plus nice decor and foxtel. I would’ve liked aircon in the bedrooms on a hot night, though it was as advertised.

I’ve stayed here a number of times, but Apartment 26 was a deep disappointment. The west facing bedrooms had no aircon and were extremely hot at night. The apartment needs a proper clean, the curtains washed and the fridge repaired. In the second bathroom shower, there’s a piece of metal sticking out of the wall that you’re expected to pull to get the water going. The complex handyman said it had been like that for a long time. They’re still charging top rates for a second rate apartment. We had overseas visitors with us, which was embarrassing. We will not return.

The unit needs to be cleaner, and the pool is reached by stairs. There’s no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and checkout at 9.00am is early. Although it’s close to the beach, shops and cafes, we won’t stay again. There’s plenty of nicer accommodation nearby.

The bed was so comfortable, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly, and the location is amazing for getting to everything. Our recent stay at Ocean Plaza was a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.

Our room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed. Ocean Plaza Resort is a great spot, across the road from the beach and surf club. Supermarket, eateries and other amenities are easy to reach downstairs. We loved staying here.
