We stayed in room 19, and it felt like a hidden gem. The location is great, close enough to walk to shops or somewhere to eat, and the price was great. The room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bed and good quality sheets. It was warm already, so we had to turn the heater down. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, making it feel like nothing was a problem. I also felt very safe, with three lockable devices on the door if you choose to use them.

The budget room had a clean, modern bathroom, plus a fridge, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. The location is handy, just a few minutes' walk from the nearby Coles. Depending on which room you get, you might hear noise from the nearby bar (hotel). Parking is accessed from Commissioner street, and the staff were friendly.

The front desk staff were lovely, and the room and bathroom were clean. There was an assortment of pillows to suit different preferences, and the beds were comfy enough. It does get noisy when people leave early, but that's to be expected.

We only stayed one night, and it was easy, clean, and comfortable for such a great price. The position was convenient and quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and the setting was cool and a bit different. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay again.

The location was perfect for skiing, and the stay was great value for money. We had excellent service and a very warm, friendly host. Highly recommend for ski trips!
