Holly was lovely and made us feel welcome at Hollyberry House. We stayed in the cottage on a warm weekend and loved it. It’s beautifully restored and styled with so much care, and I can picture it being wonderfully cozy in winter, too. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, hot tub, and infrared sauna. A five-star stay, and we’d love to return.

The private, fully fenced space made HollyBerry House feel like a retreat of its own. There are flower beds by the outdoor seating and fire pit, and the sauna and hot tub beside the master bedroom look out to lovely mountain views. Waking up to that was a treat. The new build is full of character and thoughtfully put together, with everything beautifully finished. We’re from New York, and this was just the kind of getaway we picture: somewhere to stay that feels like an experience, with mountain and village views. The town centre is a few minutes’ walk for shops, food, and sights like the local park and old 1800s railroad station. Our first Australian adventure was made easy by the excellent accommodation and Holly’s great communication and follow-up. It was exactly as described, and we’d use it again and recommend it.

We had the whole property to ourselves, staying two nights with my wife, family, and friends in both the Cottage and Studio. Mornings meant breakfast in the sun among the gardens; later we had drinks on the veranda at sunset, then relaxed under the stars in the outdoor spa, sauna, and shower before a great night’s sleep in the comfiest bed. A fantastic weekend for relaxing and celebrating. Some places are best experienced for yourself. Thanks, Holly & Kevin, for rescuing a 130 year old railway cottage. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Holly and Kevin know the area well and pointed us to hidden gems, scenic walks, and good local places to eat. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade treats and fresh, quality ingredients. Their warmth and attention to detail made the stay memorable. Hollyberry House is a gem, with clean, cozy rooms, fresh flowers, premium linens, and locally sourced treats. The design blends rustic charm with modern comfort, and the views, fire pit, spa, and sauna make it a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the Snowy Mountains region. Whether you’re after adventure, relaxation, or both, Holly’s care and passion shine through. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Thanks, Holly and Kev, for a stay we won’t forget. I’d love to come back.

I stayed in the studio and found the quiet helped me recharge mentally and physically before starting another year at university. Holly made it very easy to book time in the spa, hot tub, and sauna, where I could relax beneath the stars. I still think about her organic pancakes with homemade cream, mixed berries, and real organic maple syrup. It felt like a proper Canadian breakfast. Hollyberry House lived up to its promises and then some, with beautifully made rooms and careful details. Cooma was lovely too, and Holly recommended delicious restaurants. The shops were an easy walk away. She’s created a memorable place that combines luxury with wellness for different needs in such a fast-paced world.
