The main snag was hot water: when people returned from the snow at peak times, the system couldn't keep up. Otherwise, our room was clean, warm and comfortable, with plenty of space from its two twin beds and two bunks. Cooked breakfast is served each morning, with breads and cereals to choose from. It's about a 20-minute drive to Threadbo, and I'd still recommend the place.

Brendon, the Chef, made really good sticky date pudding for everyone. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. It's a lovely little place, kept very clean and tidy, with a beautiful fireplace where you can warm up and have a drink after dinner. Amazing, A+++

Luke, the onsite manager, was friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, casual feel. The chalet sits in a beautiful location, with clean rooms, good bathrooms and comfortable beds. We liked the shared lounge and dining space, especially the warm fireplaces. In the morning, you can help yourself to continental breakfast before heading out to explore.

The grounds were picturesque, and we loved having breakfast included. Our clean, cosy room was comfortable and conveniently close to the ski fields. There was no fridge or TV in our room, though, and the road in is pretty bumpy.

Our group of three had a six-bed bunk room, so there was loads of room for us. The rooms were warm and clean, with cooked breakfast every morning, and it was easy to get to Jindabyne and Thredbo. There was just one bathroom, which I imagine would be tricky with a full group of six. My only gripe was running out of hot water in the shower.
