The view through those big windows over the mountains and lake is stunning, and we even see wallabies near the house in the mornings. We’ve stayed at Creel Lodge several times, both with family and with groups of friends, and it works just as well in summer, with a walk down to the lake for a swim and some sun. In winter, being close to the ski slopes, having great heating, and a bathroom for every bedroom makes it ideal for ski trips. The beds and living room couches are huge and really comfortable. One visit had a small issue, but management sorted it quickly and went above and beyond, so we were very happy. We’ll definitely book again. Can’t recommend it more.

The kids really enjoyed the three nights we spent at creel lodge on our trip to snowy mountains. It’s inside the national park, around a 10-15 minute drive from jindabyne, so watch out for kangaroos on the road when driving there at night. The lodge was well kept and we had a really good stay.

There’s a great fire outside, and all four bedrooms have their own adjoining bathrooms. The indoor heating could be better, but it’s a comfortable place for the whole family to stay.

We had a great three-night summer stay at Creel lodge and I’d recommend it. There’s one bedroom on the ground floor, with the other three on the lower ground floor. To find it, take Kosciuszko Road and watch for the Waste Point Road sign.

It’s a lovely, peaceful place to relax, with a nice view of Jindabyne lake. There’s plenty to see and do as well. Love staying at Creel Lodge, the accommodation is great.
