Be aware, there hasn't been an update here since it was built 21 years ago, and the place feels tired. There's no service on site. It's in Broadbeach, but you have to pick up the key in Surfers Paradise.

Much better area than Surfers. Broadbeach south tram and bus stations are only a short walk away, the beach is 5 minutes away, and Pacific Fair shopping centre is also 5 minutes away.

The building is in a great spot and has an amazing outdoor pool, but there are no pool towels provided. Apartment 2304 is privately owned and managed, not part of the Mantra group. Inside, the carpet was filthy, though the owner has since agreed to replace it after the agent had asked for the last 18 months. The saucepans don't suit the hot plates and won't heat up, the couch is old and shabby, and the apartment's only TV is cheap and dated. The kitchen floor and windows were dirty too.

Thanks for the great service.

It's a nice place, but being so close to the main roads makes it very noisy.
