We spent five nights here and didn’t have a single fault to report. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a brilliant job. The place was spotless, even the lifts were wiped down several times a day. Our room was spacious, and the lift was so quick we never had to wait around. The pool and gym were a nice extra. The location is very good, with the bus terminal within walking distance and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Free breakfast, guest umbrellas, and complimentary laundry powder were thoughtful touches too.

I honestly loved this hotel. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our five-night stay. The pool and gym were a nice addition, and the lifts came within seconds. If you want a clean, modern hotel in a central part of Darwin, this should be near the top of your list.

We had noisy guests next door and on the floor above during our stay. Manager Hana did her best to respond to our feedback and requests, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel has a decent pool to enjoy. A few suggestions: keep an eye on guests taking glass to the pool, put a clock in the pool area, and consider selling or providing earplugs for guests who need them urgently. Thanks for the hospitality.

The staff were fantastic, and breakfast was great. The rooms felt comfortable and clean, with signs of recent decorating or refurbishment. Great value, and I’d definitely stay again.
